Refund Policy

This work desk and office equipment is provided by Work Desk VA. You are provided with services on demand and if you are not satisfied you may ask for refund as per our refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will be granted for services scheduled, canceled within 24 hours of the booking, if no work has begun.
- In the event that the service provided is not in line with the agreement, a partial or total refund will be offered, at the company's discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Services that the client has requested and has fully purchased.
- If the client or a third party cause delays or miscommunication.
- Custom deliverables for where work has been started/ completed
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, send an email to info@workdeskva.com with details about your service and reason for the request. Refund claims must be made within 3 days of service delivery. Refunds usually take from 7 to 10 business days to process
